SOLO EXHIBITION AT HONKYTONKS

The Wall exhibition space was created by Honkytonks in 2011, providing a gallery space for emerging artists to exhibit their works in the heart of the city with no gallery fees or commissions. All of the works were for sale and anything bought went directly back to the artist. There were new exhibitions every two weeks.

ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

BRT crept into Honkytonks on the 27^th of March equipped with a compass and a handful of Sharpies. Fusing patterns with ancient symbolism and pop culture, her creations are intricate, unique and a little on the dark side. Taking influence from tattoo culture, Indian henna and her love of geometrical symmetry her work with wood, ink and circles creates for some truly hypnotic designs.

The exhibition kicked off with a launch party on the 27th of March 2013 with the works on show until the 10th of April 2013.
